You must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age at the time you place an order for beer with us we will not and cannot legally honour your order. Accordingly we also cannot leave deliveries to the address you designate if the person accepting the delivery appears to be under 18 years of

All of our beers are 'bottle conditioned real ale' which means that there is live yeast in the bottle. After delivery you must allow the bottles to stand upright to allow the yeast to settle before pouring. Basic instructions are printed on each bottle label.

All beers are produced using barley & wheat and therefore contain glutton.

Beers are subject to availability. Every attempt will be made to supply the beer type requested though it cannot be guaranteed that every beer will be available at any given time.

Delivery

Carriage for cases of beer is undertaken by TEAM C.

Orders are usually despatched within 4 working days of payment, though we will endeavour to be more prompt.

Returns

When you receive the package please check for damage, notify the carriers TEAM C' of any damage upon receipt of order. If any subsequent damage is found or any beer is found to be of a sub-standard nature, please notify Brandon Brewery as soon as possible. We will replace any damaged bottles free of charge as well as any beer that might be considered sub-standard.
